Stacey Wade serves as Chief Operating Officer of Spectrum Medical Partners' post-acute platform, where she translates the organization's strategic vision into operational excellence across one of Florida's leading post-acute care networks.
She brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership across primary care, hospital medicine, skilled nursing, and specialty service lines. Over that time, she has grown clinical service lines, expanded operational infrastructure and provider networks, launched new programs, and developed the standardized clinical and operational protocols that support quality improvement and value-based care.
As COO, Stacey works alongside our executive leadership to see that strategic priorities carry across every operational department, placing particular focus on those who make that possible: mentoring emerging leaders, strengthening our culture, and giving teams the systems they need to support the organization as it grows.
