An RN by training, Shannon brings deep clinical credibility paired with proven executive leadership across complex, multi-service healthcare platforms. Under her leadership, Spectrum has scaled to serve hundreds of skilled nursing, assisted living, long-term acute care, and specialty facilities statewide, delivering integrated medical, behavioral health, and specialty services designed to improve outcomes and reduce avoidable hospital utilization.
Shannon has successfully guided Spectrum through significant growth and operational transformation, expanding its clinical footprint, building a robust leadership and governance structure, and positioning the post-acute business for long-term value creation. She has overseen the integration of value-based care initiatives, including participation in a top-performing long-term care ACO, while maintaining strong performance in fee-for-service models. Known for her disciplined execution, collaborative leadership style, and ability to align clinicians, operators, and partners, Shannon remains focused on advancing Spectrum’s mission to deliver high-quality, coordinated care across the post-acute continuum.
