In his role, Patrick is responsible for financial planning and analysis, reporting, revenue cycle oversight, and the development of scalable financial infrastructure to support continued growth and operational excellence. He partners closely with executive leadership to drive margin improvement, evaluate organic and acquisition opportunities, and ensure financial readiness for strategic transactions.
