Kelli has lived in Central Florida since she was 9 years old. She graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Advertising and Marketing. During her advertising career, she worked planning and implementing advertising campaigns for clients such as Premier Cruise Lines, Amtrak, Universal Studios Florida, Lexus, and Price Waterhouse Cooper. After becoming a mother, she put her full-time career on hold to raise and home school her two boys. During that time, she continued as a free-lancer planning national recruitment advertising for both Olive Garden and Red Lobster. Shortly thereafter, Kelli began to help her husband, Dr. Kaplan, with their small business, Family Podiatry of Central Florida, by scheduling patients and billing his visits. With Dr. Kaplan at the helm, Kelli has continued to utilize her education and professional experience to support and help grow the practice by setting up processes, overall organization, marketing, management, and strategic planning.
