Aubry Baird serves as Vice President of Psych Health Associates, powered by Spectrum Medical Partners, where she leads strategic growth, market development, and program expansion for one of the fastest-growing behavioral health groups serving post-acute care. Since joining the organization in 2021, Aubry has played a key role in scaling the company’s presence across multiple markets, helping drive significant organizational growth while strengthening partnerships with skilled nursing facilities and healthcare leaders.
Prior to joining Spectrum Medical Partners, Aubry worked with one of the largest skilled nursing facility organizations in Florida, where she developed deep expertise in post-acute operations and the behavioral health needs of the geriatric population. Her background spans business development, market strategy, financial growth initiatives, and the development of scalable clinical programs that support both providers and facility partners.
Known for her relationship-driven leadership style and strategic mindset, Aubry is passionate about building sustainable healthcare partnerships that improve access to behavioral health services for vulnerable patient populations.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications from Florida State University. Outside of her professional work, Aubry enjoys spending time with her husband of over 12 years, their two sons, and their two dogs.
